Do as many nice
things for yourself as you can.

Drop what isn't
essential in your lift.

Find or create a
safe area in your house or find a place to go when
things get bad. You do not have to stay and watch
physical or mental abuse. Get help for your Mom and
LEAVE.

Get out of abusive
situations on a job or at school. You have enough stress
at home without adding any more.

Remind yourself
that you are going to live through this.

Develop a belief in
something other than yourself.

Remember, this too
shall pass.
