Another interesting technique may be helpful to people who constantly worry. Try set aside half an hour during the day as your "worry time." For that half hour, you can worry all you want, but after that, you are not allowed to worry any more. This technique helps to reduce anxiety in chronic worriers who may otherwise spend large portions of their day in an agitated state.
