Time Management

One of the common reasons people are stressed today is lack of time to accomplish all our life demands. Do not push yourself to finish three days' worth of tasks in a single day. Manage your time, and you will find your stress level most likely will take a nosedive.

 

The first step in managing your time is to develop priorities: Make a list of the things that you need to do in a day, then rank each of those tasks in descending order, with priority given to the most important first. Be proud and contented after accomplished two or three most important goals. The others can wait until tomorrow.

 

Try to analyze total dead time you spend on mindless activity, such as television watching. Replace those spots with something more productive and more satisfying.

 

Do your obligations, responsibilities and all your best with limited time constraints. You do not have to be perfect. No one is.
