Under the direction of Dr Pat Shipley, the Centre provides Organizational Stress Management Services through which business firms and companies can receive advice on assessing areas and sources of stress and setting up a stress-management policy tailored to their special requirements.

The Unit focuses on all human aspects of work, including stress. It has produced a film, A Better Way of Working, which offers invaluable insights into ways of creating unstressed conditions in the workplace.
